模拟退火算法

当我们需要在一个大的搜索空间中寻找最优解时,模拟退火算法是一种常用的优化算法。它的灵感来源于固体物质的退火过程,即将物质加热到高温后缓慢冷却,使其达到最低能量状态的过程。 在模拟退火算法中,我们从一个初始解开始,通过随机扰动来生成新的解,并根据一定的概率接受这些新解。这个概率与当前解与新解之间的差异以及当前的温度有关。随着算法的迭代,温度逐渐降低,接受新解的概率也逐渐降低,直到达到一个稳定状态,此时算法输出的解就是最优解。 模拟退火算法的优点是可以避免陷入局部最优解,因为它允许在搜索空间中跳出当前解的邻域。同时,它也可以在搜索空间较大的情况下找到较优解,因为它不需要遍历整个搜索空间,而是通过随机扰动来探索搜索空间。
